What is the advantage of hiring Magic Maid Solutions instead of a none licensed company or individual?
All Magic Maid Solutions are lincensed, bonded and insured. We are cleaning professional company: When one of our employees goes on vacation or get sick we have a fully trained replacement Maid ready to make your home clean.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
We provide all our own equipment including vaccum cleaners and the most effective, efficient and environmentally cleaning supplies. We are happy to use your supplies cleaning products, but we are not take responsibility for those products or their results.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my cleaning service?
If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, you need to give us a 2-day notice. If we receive less than a 2-day notice, or can’t acces your home, Magic Maid Solutions will charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. Future scheduled cleanings will remaing the same unless you ask us to do so. Please, do not inform our cleaning crew of any changes to your schedule. We ask that you communicate directly by phone or e-mail with Magic Maid Solutions management.
What if I’m not happy with my cleaning?
We offer a 24 hour guarantee! If you are not satisfied with your home cleaning, simply give us a call within twenty four hours in advance and we will return and re-clean the areas you are not happy with.
How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at time of service or in advance. We can accept check, cash or credit card. Our most hassle-free payment method is having a credit on file so that we can charge your card after every cleaning.
How do you access my home?
- You may give us a key
- You can leave a key under a door mat the day of service
- You can give us the code to the front door or the garage
- You can meet us at your home and let us in
How do you protect my keys?
Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only the Magic Maid Solutions office managers have access. The key is issued to your houskeeper on the day of the cleaning and then returned back to the managers to get stored back in the lock box.
Are your Maids safe to service our home?
Although we make sure every housekeeper referred has a history of being very careful with your belongings, it’s good to know that you are protected against loss and/or breakage that may occur while the Maids clean your home. All of our Maids referred go through a thorough background check.
Will I always have the same Maids?
We make every effort to have the same Maids in your home. Occasionally there may be a substitute due to illness or vacation.
How long does it take to clean my home?
Our Magic Maid Solutions team will average 2 to 3 hours to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. However, time will vary depending on the condition and size of your home.
Tell me about your in-home estimates?
We schedule a day time to visit your home. Our estimates include a quick walk through, a review of what tasks we perform each visit and we leave you with pricing information. This process takes approximately 15 to 20 minutes! We love meeting our future customers face to face. There is no charge and no obligation for this service.
